Illustrators 51 is coming very very soon!!!!

We received the first few copies of the new Annual last week during judging.  This was the first time I took on organizing the book by my lonesome, and I am very proud of the effort and final result!

The cover was done by Edel Rodriguez and features his silver medal winner “Things Fall Apart,” published by Random House.  If you don’t know Edel’s work you need to climb out from under your rock and check out his work at  http://www.drawger.com/edel/. Edel has graced ever magazine cover under the sun and continues to create beautiful images every moment of the day!

Thanks to the genius and mastermind that is Robert Zimmerman, Tara and I, along with the editor and designer, were able to get the Annual out earlier than ever.  I’m making plans to move some dates around so we can get it out even sooner next year!
